Great experience with the EHT AAMCO. I had an issue with another location who didn’t fix my Jeep right and was refusing to honor the warranty. This location went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of my my Jeep fixed correctly.
My jeep broke down, just died on me while driving, I dropped it off at Aamco before they opened and Tom called me as soon as he got in, asked me questions, car was done that day, Tom explained everything to me, very nice person along with Molly who assisted him with paperwork. Then 2nd time, my jeep broke down, took it back to them, same situation with Tom, went over everything with me on the phone, and when I picked my baby up! George was also at the desk, he explained things to me as well, very kind.. Good group of people since under new ownership from 10 years. I wish prices and labor wasnt so much, but we all need our vehicles.
Did the work effectively and were all nice and helpful. Molly, was nice and made sure I got checked out pretty and answered any questions I had thoroughly! Highly recommend!
